Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our dedicated team at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in helping us produce high-quality medical devices at our plant in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain moulding and packaging equipment to meet production targets and ensure high-quality products.
  • Perform on-line quality checks to ensure finished products and components meet strict quality standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and have knowledge of process control systems to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Handle and store products safely and efficiently, adhering to strict quality assurance requirements.
  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity targets, contributing to the success of our production team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Complete process control sheets and maintain accurate records to support quality and productivity efforts.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to provide proof of eligibility.
  • Age 18 or older.
