Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest car models, specifications, and pricing to provide expert advice to customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage customer orders, process paperwork, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role within the motor industry, preferably in a telesales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, driven, and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive basic salary and commission/bonus scheme, with an OTE of £35,000 - £45,000.
