Car Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Motorfinity Group Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on car specifications, models, and pricing to customers.
- Closing sales through negotiation and overcoming objections to meet monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all FCA guidance and accreditation.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in the motor industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales role within the motor industry and be comfortable using CRM's and the Microsoft suite. You will have a natural ability to communicate with a broad range of people and to negotiate and influence others.
