About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's homes in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young people.
  • Ensure the homes maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
