G2 Legal is a leading Legal 500 defendant insurance firm based in Manchester city centre. We are an established, well-respected firm who advise some of the UK's largest insurers and their underwriters on a wide variety of claims.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of property damage work, including defending liability claims, recoveries, and advising on coverage. We are interested in hearing from candidates with at least 2+ years experience within this practice area.
Preferred skills include experience of multi-track property damage liability claims, subrogated recoveries, and policy coverage disputes. Experience in handling complex disputes coming from fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence, and construction & engineering related incidents is also preferred but not essential.
We are looking for excellent communicators, litigators, and confident negotiators with excellent commercial acumen. Experience in resolving disputes through various forms of ADR is also desirable.
