About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Lawyer to join our team at Battens Solicitors. As a Property Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and fuelling our ongoing success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take instructions and advise clients on all manner of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Draft statements of case, witness statements, briefs to counsel, and various other legal documents.
  • Network and engage in business development activities to grow our client base.
  • Advise on residential landlord and tenant matters, including possessions, disrepair, deposit disputes, and mortgage possessions.
  • Advise on commercial landlord and tenant matters, including dilapidations, forfeiture, and lease renewals.
  • Service charge disputes.
  • Attend meetings and hearings as required.
