About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Manager to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Field Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement systems to ensure that domiciliary care services are delivered meeting and exceeding legislative standards.
  • Work under the direction of the Branch Manager to ensure compliance with company equal opportunities and health & safety policy.
  • Manage a team of Field Care Supervisors and assist with the delivery of a carer assistant development and training programme.
  • Participate in an on-call roster and respond to crisis situations effectively.
  • Apply good practice and report any suspicion of abuse in accordance with procedure.
Requirements
  • Experience of supervising/managing others.
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Articulate with the ability to put across ideas succinctly and clearly.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • Holding a valid UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good team player.
  • Willingness to embrace change.
