About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Bracknell. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of care workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care services to clients.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to monitor the performance of care workers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with legislative standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Care Planner and Branch Manager to deliver a carer assistant development and training programme.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Experience of supervising and managing others in a care setting.
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
