Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Bracknell. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients, while also supporting the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement systems to ensure compliance with legislative standards and company policies
  • Conduct regular quality monitoring and spot checks to ensure high standards of care
  • Provide direct supervision and support to care workers, including one-to-one meetings and appraisals
  • Assist with the delivery of a carer assistant development and training program
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences
  • Act appropriately in emergency situations and report incidents
Requirements:
  • Experience of supervising/managing others
  • Excellent assessment skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good team player with a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car (desirable)
