About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a skilled Defect Coordinator to join our Planning Team in Dartford. This role will involve working on our Thames Water Smart Metering and Developer Services contract, with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all defects received from clients and local authorities
  • Handle urgent 2 and 4 hour SLGs/Defects
  • Perform defect-related administrative tasks, including raising job packs, uploading photos, and completing daily trackers
  • Produce defect-related reports using our company system
  • Provide cover and additional support within the defect team
  • Collaborate with other departments on contracted work streams
Requirements
  • Knowledge of defects and traffic management
  • General IT skills
  • Customer complaints handling
