About The Role

Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Defect Coordinator to work on our Thames Water Smart Metering and Developer Services contract in Dartford. This role will be expected to be a minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office.

As a Defect Coordinator, you will be part of our Planning Team who are responsible for planning and scheduling our external excavation works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing all defects once received from client/local authority
  • Dealing with urgent 2 and 4 hour SLGs/Defects
  • Defect related administrative work inclusive of but not restricted to raising job packs, uploading photos to company system, data uploads and completing daily trackers.
  • Defect related reporting using company system.
  • Provide cover and additional support within the defect team
  • Collaborative working with other departments on contracted work streams

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Defects
  • Knowledge of Traffic Management.
  • General IT skills
  • Customer complaints handling
