We are seeking a highly skilled Account and Sales Manager to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating your systems knowledge, and displaying your wealth of contract management across your existing accounts while being fully engaged in the pursuit of new sales within the North East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling, demonstrating, and promoting a range of specialty water, process chemicals, and monitoring technologies to a wide range of industries.
- Working with customers and prospective clients to support their needs that will vary in size and difficulty.
- Developing and executing customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity from generating quotes to processing POs.
- Coordinating support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts and win/close new accounts.
- Conducting plant visits, auditing, surveying, and managing any trial work.
- Occasionally conducting appropriate water analysis/testing and reporting.
- Continuously working on strategies and implementation of sales and marketing programs to achieve company sales targets within the North East.
- A background in Account Management or sales in a water/process treatment company or chemical plant.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers, contractors, and internal staff to inspire and support the company's objectives.
- Excellent project management experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Able to report on the status of all customers and identify growth areas and new service requirements.
