Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with varying needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition, Profound and Multiple Learning Disorders, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as hoisting, manual handling, and administering medications, while maintaining a calm and consistent approach.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless support network.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with special educational needs.
