We are a dedicated team at Hull & East Yorkshire Mind, committed to delivering exceptional therapeutic services to children and young people across Hull and East Yorkshire.

As a self-employed counsellor, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to provide tailored support to individuals with complex needs. Our services are designed to promote mental wellbeing and resilience in local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and online therapy sessions to children and young people
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Participate in regular case management and training sessions to ensure best practice
  • Commit to a minimum of 8-12 client sessions per week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 hours
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling
  • Significant experience working with children and young people
  • Registration with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) or other relevant regulatory body
  • DBS registration and a full current driving license for work purposes
