About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraising Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit pre-allocated areas by postcode, visiting specific streets and houses to engage with the public and secure donations.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a door-to-door sales person or significant experience in other face-to-face sales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather.
  • Ability to work core hours of 11am-7pm, with a focus on the twilight hours of 5-7pm when most people are at home.
