- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of organizational management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be flexible based on Director's needs
