Transport Retail Business Unit

We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as the Head of Transport Retail UK. You will be responsible for managing a team delivering UK contracts for transport retail businesses, including product management, delivery, service management, and operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and animate the Transport Retail UK team to support business development and contract execution.
  • Engage customers and manage their contracts.
  • Support presales activities, collaborating with the MTS sales team to develop business in the UK, Germany, and CEE.
  • Execute the transport strategy, contributing to the implementation of our transport and technical strategy.
  • Identify new product opportunities, staying abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes within the mobility and payment ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Committed and engaged individual with a strong drive for finding solutions.
  • Global thinking with the ability to navigate complexities in an international organization.
  • Excellent people skills to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and across the internal organization.
  • P&L accountability, with the ability to view opportunities and the current operating position from a financial accountable perspective.
  • Good knowledge of public transport and mobility in the UK, Germany, and CEE, including industry trends and challenges.
