**Job Summary**

Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our client's facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to reactive works within the site team, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives to discuss maintenance and repair tasks, providing clear communication and updates.
  • Undertake site surveys and produce Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for planned works and Subcontractor ATWs.
  • Repair floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building and installation works as required.
  • Plan and manage refurbishment works for fabric and decoration needs, utilizing a phased approach.
  • Assist with lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes, and basic plumbing requirements as needed.
  • Utilize PDA to complete works, key communications, and updates, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in carpentry or as a handyman.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
