About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at BJF Group. As a key member of our FM division, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward.

As a Fabric Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records of works planned and completed. You will work with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, covering a range of tasks from masonry to kitchen fitting.

We are looking for someone with experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, who is proactive in ensuring health and safety in the work environment. You will also be flexible and able to undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks
  • Keep accurate records of works planned and completed
  • Cover a range of tasks from masonry to kitchen fitting
  • Ensure health and safety in the work environment
  • Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
  • Experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial fabric engineering
  • IPAF certification
  • BM Trada / Fire Door experience
  • Kitchen Fitting experience
  • Plastering ability
  • Masonry training
  • Locksmith Training
