Job Title: Static Maintenance Electrician

Location: Guildford

Salary: £41,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm | 2 on / 3 off / 2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 2 off

Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 5% matched pension

We are seeking a skilled electrician to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility.

  1. Carry out electrical PPMs as scheduled to ensure minimal downtime
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns in a timely manner
  3. Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
  4. Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  5. Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
  1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
  2. 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations certification
  3. Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
