Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group Standards and Compliance Manager with compliance activities, including visiting remote site locations and updating compliance records.
  • Act as an assistant to the senior compliance manager, coordinating training on compliance and vehicle manufacturer training.
  • Administer Operator Licence compliance, including Tachograph downloads and Trucks PMI schedules.
  • Travel to sites to assist with internal audits on H&S, Compliance, and Motofix standards.
  • Organise internal communications and reports related to compliance activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years business-related administration experience, preferably within a regulated environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A quick learner with attention to detail and confidence when using data and records.
  • A flexible, pro-active approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
