Purpose of the Role

The Lettings Negotiator is a crucial position in our team, serving as the vital link between landlords and tenants. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for efficiently marketing properties, conducting viewings, and securing tenants quickly. This role requires a professional and confident individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing properties to attract potential tenants
  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback to landlords
  • Negotiating offers to rent with landlords and tenants
  • Agreeing new tenancies and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and working closely with the Lettings team to achieve performance targets

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Driving licence and own car
  • Professional and confident individual with a passion for teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

Work Pattern

Monday - Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday: 9am-5pm, One in four Saturdays: 10am-4pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Experience: Lettings: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
