Trainee Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our residential Lettings team as a Trainee Estate Agent, where you will develop into a skilled Lettings Negotiator.

This entry-level role offers a comprehensive training program, enabling you to learn all aspects of residential lettings and develop a successful career.

Main Responsibilities:

The primary objective of the Trainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
