Your Role
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing site operations to ensure adherence to the established schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will comply with all organizational procedures and external regulations, particularly those related to safety, health, and environmental standards. Your role will involve upholding the company's reputation with clients, suppliers, and the broader community by demonstrating our People First approach at every opportunity.
Location
This position will be based at one of our development sites as part of our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct staff appraisals and performance management to foster a motivated workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage site operations to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Site Supervisor with a successful track record in the construction industry. To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid driving license.
- A CSCS Card.
- Supervisory experience in a construction or residential building environment.
- Experience with timber frame construction projects.
