About the Role
Places for People Developments is seeking a skilled Administrator to support the development and construction teams in our residential project at Chapleton, Aberdeen. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in helping the business meet performance targets and supporting the management of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the development and construction teams
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office, including booking meetings, preparing reports and papers, and minute-taking
- Supporting with travel and accommodation arrangements for site staff and visitors
- Assisting with basic finance duties, including raising Purchase Orders and tracking invoices
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or development environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and produce accurate records
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic finance software
