More about yourrole
As a Site Manager you willbe expected to oversee, direct and manage production on site to theagreed programme, budget and quality standards. Comply with allGroup procedures and external regulations, in particular thoserelating to the SHE. Upholding the Group's reputation withcustomers, suppliers and the community at large demonstrating ourPeople First approach at every possible opportunity.
You will be working at our site in Chapleton, Aberdeen aspart of our expansion plan.

You will be able to lead,motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performancemanage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve bestperformance to meet the company's needs.
Youwill have previous Site Manager experience with a track record ofaccomplishments and success in the field. To be considered for thisrole you must have:
- A drivinglicence is essential
- CSCS Card
- Supervisory experience in a construction or housebuilding site environment
- Experience in Timberframe apartment builds
