Compliance Manager

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of Hard FM services, overseeing the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance by subcontractors across mechanical, electrical systems, plant, and building elements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all compliance documentation is current and uploaded to ISS portals
- Oversee maintenance work performed by approximately 90 subcontractors, covering services from ventilation to water systems and medical gases
- Liaise between NHS and building owners, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Review and approve subcontractor permits, RAMS, and ensure proper PPE usage
- Build strong relationships with contractors to establish a solid working foundation
- Raise purchase orders, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently
Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures, e.g., preparing KPI, WOR reports
- Ability to interpret complex information in order to interrogate data
- Good user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word & Excel
