Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Cost Consultant, your role will encompass:
• Conducting feasibility assessments and cost evaluations
• Preparing schedules of work and detailed bills of quantities
• Working with JCT and NEC Contracts
• Managing valuations and final accounts
• Implementing risk and value management strategies
• Producing tender documentation and evaluating tender submissions
• Overseeing smaller projects while managing multiple assignments effectively
• Understanding health and safety regulations and CDM implications
• Cultivating business opportunities to enhance our reputation
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, acting as the primary point of contact
