Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Assurance Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Cost Assurance Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients deliver successful projects by providing expert cost assurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality cost assurance services to clients, including review and analysis of construction contractor systems, controls, and processes.
  • Develop and implement cost assurance strategies to help clients achieve their project goals.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cost assurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of cost assurance services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost assurance.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in cost assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost assurance services to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in cost assurance or a related field (e.g. MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Experience working with open book/cost reimbursable contracts (NEC3/4, FIDIC, IChemE, etc.).
