Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Assurance Consultant to join our team in Plymouth and Cardiff. As a Cost Assurance Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients deliver successful projects by providing expert cost assurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and scrutinize actual incurred costs to ensure accuracy and entitlement
  • Assess and improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality cost assurance services
  • Contribute to the development of our cost assurance service line by participating in business generation and bid development
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in cost assurance, construction, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, including NEC3/4 and FIDIC
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Professional certifications, such as MRICS, ACA, or ACCA, are highly desirable
