Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Back 2 Work Complete Training. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing ticketing, picking, packing, counting, and housekeeping functions to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Supporting quality audits and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Updating our computer system to reflect inventory levels and shipment information.
  • Order picking and packing parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Matching packing list information to actual packed merchandise and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Examining and inspecting stock items for wear and defects, and reporting any issues to the Team Leader.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and yard, and disposing of rubbish in recycling bins.
  • Organizing and maintaining storage of stock, ensuring easy access and retrieval of items.
  • Cleaning and photographing motor car parts, as required.
