About the Role: Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. This position involves overseeing daily warehouse functions, ensuring the effective and precise management of products, and fostering a productive team atmosphere.
Working Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am, with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse personnel, offering training and support to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Regularly assess and maintain stock levels, perform inventory audits, and apply best practices in inventory management.
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and management.
