We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Back 2 Work Complete Training. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing tasks such as ticketing, picking, packing, counting, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Supporting quality audits and updating our computer system to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Order picking and packing parts for shipment, and verifying packing list information against actual packed merchandise.
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues with stock items, and collaborating with team leaders to resolve them.
  • Conducting regular inspections of stock items to ensure they are in good condition and meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and yard, including removing and disposing of rubbish in accordance with recycling guidelines.
  • Organizing and maintaining storage of stock, and ensuring that all areas are well-lit and accessible.
  • Cleaning and photographing motor car parts as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock items as required.
