About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Dunnock View, a 42-bed service providing treatment for men and women who may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and deliver high-standard cleaning services.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
  • Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
