About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Support Assistant at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the service, including wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of cleaning in a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
