Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in Clacton-On-Sea. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently, providing assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, shopping, and light domestic duties
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
