About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Dovecote Manor Care Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of our residents.
What We Offer

As a Deputy Care Home Manager at Excelcare Holdings, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values your contributions and provides opportunities for growth and development. We offer a competitive salary of £16.60 per hour, 45 hours a week, Monday – Sunday (alternate weekends), and a requirement to be on-call alternate weeks.
