We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Leader to join our team at Turning Point. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for forming and shaping a team, alongside the day-to-day management of the service. You will work closely with the Service Manager to develop the service and provide line management to a team of Recovery Workers/Peer Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the service and ensure it meets and exceeds outcomes and quality requirements.
  • Provide line management to a team of Recovery Workers/Peer Support Workers.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals we support.
  • Have some oversight of referrals to the service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous relevant experience of using a person-centred approach in a Mental Health setting. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative. An effective team player, you will possess good communication skills, a flexible recovery-focused approach, a positive attitude, and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
