Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Room Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our digital print pressroom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality output, implementing quality control procedures, and leading a team of press operators.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Oversee the daily operations of the digital print pressroom, ensuring that production schedules are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all printed materials meet our high standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all digital printing equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of press operators, providing training and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of printing materials, such as paper, ink, and other consumables.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve pressroom processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the pressroom operates in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Documentation: Document standard operating procedures and update them as needed.
