Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Finance, concentrating on Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions.
  • Manage the issuance of purchase order numbers and oversee all sales invoicing.
  • Handle credit control and the processing of sales quotations.
  • Match invoices, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain precise records.
  • Input data from engineers' worksheets into the financial system.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and office administration.
  • Proficient in interactions with customers and suppliers.
  • Computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Sage software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong aptitude for numbers.
