Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our finance department, where you will gain invaluable experience in a dynamic accounts environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Finance with Sales Ledger and Credit Control activities.
  • Manage the issuance of purchase order numbers and oversee all sales invoicing processes.
  • Handle credit control duties and process sales quotations efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate matching of invoices, address customer inquiries, and maintain organized records.
  • Input data from engineers' worksheets into the financial system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and office administration.
  • Strong proficiency in customer and supplier communications.
  • Computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Sage software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong numerical aptitude.
