Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist Manager- Broker Support to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in improving invoicing performance, fiduciary metrics, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a sense-checking service for complex postbooks before submission to Genpact.
  • Review queries alongside the Invoice Centre of Excellence team and decide which are relevant and which are poor processing knowledge.
  • Monitor monthly queries and report on types and trends.
  • Improve fiduciary metrics by working with the PCCM Post placement team to identify and resolve complex matters.
  • Attend weekly cash meetings with Fiduciary to tackle top items and offer additional meetings to get into detail.
  • Manage output of the CSD team to Fiduciary matters.
  • Provide technical support via training and query handling to CSD Specialists to improve their knowledge of invoicing related matters.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Relevance experience within the insurance industry preferred.
  • Understanding of insurance risk and actuarial principle preferred.
  • Excellent listening, organisation, and presentation abilities.
  • An organised, highly personable, and approachable individual, who is a skilled communicator.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Invoicing experience; guiding on queries and reporting bad practice.
  • Knowledge and experience in fiduciary performance in high priority; Cash, Bureau Payable, Funding and Client Debt items.
