Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team at DO & CO. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a section within our busy production kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to exact specifications, and working closely with the kitchen brigade to maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Section Management: Take ownership of a section within our production kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook dishes with pride, using your culinary knowledge to ensure that quality levels remain at our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen brigade, maintaining an inclusive team environment and delegating responsibilities to Kitchen Helpers to assist in their development.
  • Quality Control: Partner with the Sous Chefs to ensure that kitchen management duties are completed to the highest standards.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Play an active role in maintaining a high level of kitchen hygiene, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Chef De Partie working on multiple sections, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Skills: Impressive knife skills, confident working in busy, fast-paced culinary environments, and able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Qualifications: Right to work in the UK.
