### Fleet Operations Manager

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fleet operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Policy Development: Assist in creating and enforcing policies related to fleet operations.

Maintenance Management: Supervise rigorous maintenance schedules to reduce vehicle downtime.

Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of vehicle inspections and maintenance services.

Budget Management: Monitor fleet expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

#### Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience for the Fleet Operations Manager:

CPC Certification: Mandatory.

Transport Legislation Knowledge: Strong grasp of road transport laws and regulations.

Driver Regulations Understanding: In-depth knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations.

Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
