Job Title: Business and Digital Support Officer

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Oracle? We are seeking a Business and Digital Support Officer to join our Rail team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Rail Business Development, Bid, and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a Salesforce champion, ensuring the Business Development and Bid Teams maintain Salesforce to Telent business standards.
  • Manage shared inboxes, portals, and bid folders, ensuring timely responses to customer queries and deadlines.
  • Support the Bid Team with completing and submitting supplier questionnaires, as well as managing Oracle bid booking codes and Cisco supply only quotations.
  • Organize meetings, take notes, and share meeting notes with the team.
  • Ensure project information is fed to the marketing department for socials and case studies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar environment, such as Bid Management or Business Development.
Desirable:
  • Experience with CRM management or Business Development management.
  • Understanding of operational, commercial, and financial aspects of contracts.
