About the Role

A prestigious estate agency, AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join their Exeter office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly professional team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional sales, administrative, and marketing support to the Manager and Residential Sales team.
  • Work proactively to assist the Agency and Management team in growing the company's market share, property stock levels, and raising the Company's profile across all sectors of the business.
  • Effectively promote and progress all sales, advertising, and marketing initiatives, taking personal responsibility for specific initiatives as instructed by the management team.
Main Duties
  • Answer telephone enquiries in a timely manner, deal with internet enquiries, and book appointments for viewings and market appraisals.
  • Manage the diary effectively, scheduling appointments and ensuring efficient use of Reapit sales software.
  • Efficiently manage Applicant Registration, update the applicant database, and encourage best practice in applicant registration in line with GDPR.
  • Arrange viewings and market appraisals, aiming to achieve additional viewings on other suitable company properties.
  • Update vendors with viewing feedback, liaising with Viewings Co-ordinators and Negotiators.
  • Provide full administrative support to Negotiators and the Agency team, undertaking a proactive role in the efficiency of the Sales office.
  • Create draft Sales Particulars using wording and photographs provided by the Negotiators for approval and agreement with the Vendor.
  • Prepare memorandums of sale to send to Vendors, Purchasers, and Solicitors.
  • Liaise with the Sales Progression Manager to obtain updates from Solicitors, Vendors, Purchasers, Agents, and Intermediaries to move sales forward.
  • Attend company and charity-related events, attend company meetings and training meetings, or work from another office/location as required.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 p.a., depending on experience, plus benefits like a clothing allowance and bonus.

Hours of work: 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 2.30pm one in four Saturdays.
