About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Honest Burgers. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and supplies.
  • Food Safety and Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food safety and health & safety protocols are followed, and that the restaurant meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Team Development: Assist in training and coaching the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting new team members.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all compliance and reporting requirements are met, including payroll, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through continuous improvement of the service and restaurant's performance, including menu development, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
