About the Role
SKE Engineering Ltd. is a leading provider of smart solar products in Europe, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager for Solar Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and commercializing our solar energy solutions in a designated sales region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects, highlighting the value and differentiation of our solar energy solutions
- Travel extensively to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, and win new business in a timely manner
- Partner with field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and support sales and implementation activities
- Support the training of channel partners and PV installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell and implement our solar energy solutions
Requirements
- 5-7 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the solar PV industry or electrical supply chain
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English, with the ability to develop strong business plans and articulate complex ideas
- Strong technical baseline, with a willingness to develop and maintain knowledge of our solar energy solutions
