Health and Safety Coordinator

The Health and Safety Administrator will play a vital role in the success of the Health and Safety department and our employer vetting service. As the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of appointments, diaries, documentation, and maintaining systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, diaries, and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and systems to support the Health and Safety department.
- Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager and team as needed.
