Overall Objective:
To oversee interactions with our clients and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to product dispatch, collaborating closely with the Production Controller, Buyers, and Stores Team while meeting key performance indicators such as 'On-Time-Delivery-In-Full' and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage relationships with clients and team members.
2. Conduct transactional administration, including data entry.
3. Process sales orders, monitor progress, and generate reports.
4. Distribute order books and shipping timelines to clients.
5. Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes with a proactive problem-solving approach.
6. Expedite urgent items for shipments by coordinating with all departments to fulfill customer needs.
7. Compile reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
8. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Attend daily meetings to share sales data and remain aware of factors influencing the order schedule for clients.
10. Contribute to sales forecasting and participate in weekly planning discussions.11. Collaborate with the Production Controller to manage sales orders, processing, and procurement.
12. Monitor key performance indicators (including Order Book KPIs) and strive to enhance target achievement while producing reports for relevant stakeholders.
13. Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training on them.14. Manage the documentation and information exchange using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
15. Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and operational requirements.

- Strong administrative capabilities and experience in data management.
